When did moving well start requiring more effort?

Find your way back to ease. And stay there.

What is Structural Integration?

Structural Integration works with the web of connective tissue — fascia — that holds your whole body together. When that tissue gets tight or stuck from old injuries, stress, or years of repetitive movement, it pulls your structure out of alignment and makes everyday movement cost more effort than it should.

SI is an 11-session approach to reorganization and realignment that works with your fascia and nervous system to support change that actually holds.

I’m Mihca.

I found my way to Structural Integration after decades of chronic headaches that nothing else could resolve.
Now I help people do the same — not chase temporary relief, but find a lasting sense of ease and freedom in how they move.

Quote 1

“When the body gets working appropriately, the forces of gravity can flow through. Then, spontaneously, the body heals itself.”
